Life on the Central Coast

I love my time here, whether I'm on my own, out with Marilyn, or doing things with my husband, Dennis. One of my favorite parts of the day is taking Marilyn for her walks. I've met so many people in my neighborhood just from walking her, and now we tend to see the same faces around the same time each day. It's become a fun part of my routine.

Dennis and I lived in the Central Valley for years, and we were over here all the time. Now we can head to the beach on a Tuesday, when everyone else has gone home. And at 3 o'clock on a Sunday, we're not driving back over the hill. That still feels amazing. Add the weather and the clean air, and it's hard to beat. We love living somewhere so beautiful that we never feel like we need a vacation from it. So when a buyer tells me they're tired of making that drive home, I know exactly how they feel, because I made that move myself.

I also love beach days, walking the boardwalks, farmers markets, concerts and live music, local art and theater, coffee, beach bonfires, and being outdoors. More than anything, I love the people and the sense of community here, which is a big part of why I volunteer as an Ambassador with the South County Chambers of Commerce. And I love real estate, my clients, and the friendships I've made through my work.
